PROGRESS!!!!!
It is soo nice to see progress! In the last few days, so much work has been done.
We had the load bearing wall framed in....
The extra heavy duty floor joists were ordered and installed....
And the stairs were built! (Not by Derek - but he is working on his own building project with scrap wood!)
Below you can see the guest/Dylan's bedroom, with two windows (far right corner) and the toy storage/playroom in the center of the wall, and to the left (behind the stairs) will be the school room.

This was taken from the door that will enter from the garage. When you walk in there will be a bathroom to the left of the stairs and a step down into an open living/playing space.
Praise God!! It's finally starting to come together!

oh.my.gosh! :O) THAT is progress! Wahoo!
I love the vision that you give with the different areas ... I am sure it will begin to go at the speed of light! (just think, a YEAR from now, you'll look back at the "progress" photos from your new office area in the house!)
