Today is the maturity date for our construction loan. For weeks we have been dreading today and the the penalties and additional fees that would come along with it.
Thankfully, yesterday Wade spoke with a very kind lady from the mortgage company and she said that she had reviewed our file. Then she said that she would be happy to extend our current arrangement for an additional 45 days… without penalty!!!
God is so good!

I am glad she gave you time:) I know how that can go, we have financial challanges at times.
I hope you will soon be able to work the loan out and get to live in your house one of these days:)
