Progress this week....

We have been working hard to get our front yard cleared of leaves, brush, and weeds. We are hoping to finish up this weekend. Thankfully the weather is supposed to be nice.

We will be able to have a yard on both sides of our house! This is the area between the unbuilt garage and the driveway side of the house.

We had some machines on site this week! They found the sewer tie in, brought loads of dirt, leveled the area, pulled down some trees that were leaning too close to the house, and cleared the way for the electrical and water to tie in to the city.

The fact that they were able to push the rocks out of the way to dig the trench for the water and electrical tie in was a miracle in itself! We were so concerned that it would be much harder... but instead of the mountain being solid rock, they were able to push the big rocks out of the way and there is dirt to dig the trench in! YAY!







The electrical passed inspection this week... some plumbing adjustments were made, and drywall is scheduled for next week!!
